When you come to therapy, we will discuss what types of sessions might feel most helpful and supportive to you - this may include talk therapy, body work, art therapy or play therapy. We will continue to check in as our relationship grows, to ensure you are getting what you need from our time together. Core values I bring to session include curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. You can expect conversation to feel warm, direct and connected.
My focus areas include: intimate relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ identity formation, premarital, life/career transition, and perinatal counseling (fertility, loss, trauma, family planning). I work with couples, adolescents and individuals - I welcome all identities and family configurations into session. Neurodiverse-identifying folks welcome!
